Schools Programme terms
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms cover a Schools Programme licence. The rest of Fives Vault, including the free lessons at /schools/lessons, is free to use and needs no licence.
What a licence includes
A licence includes access to the teaching platform including all the lessons and more content as it becomes available.
One licence covers one school for one academic year. The programme launches with the 2027/28 academic year. The price is £100 to £150 per school, per academic year, and we agree the final rate with each school before its access opens.
Who may use it
Any teacher, member of staff or visiting coach at the licensed school may use the lessons to teach that school’s pupils, with as many classes and on as many courts as the school runs. Please don’t pass the lessons to another school or organisation, sell them, or republish them.
Refunds
If the programme turns out to be wrong for your school, email us within 30 days of your access opening and we will refund the licence in full. After 30 days a licence is not refunded, unless we fail to provide what it includes, in which case we refund the unused part of the year.
How lessons are delivered
Everything is delivered online at fivesvault.com. Staff sign in and open the lessons in a web browser on a phone, tablet or laptop, including Teach Mode for running a lesson at the court. Nothing arrives by post, and new material appears on the platform as it is added.
Questions and support
Email hello@fivesvault.com. The Fives Vault team reads every message and replies within 3 working days. Invoices, access for a new member of staff and questions about these terms all go to the same address.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. A school with a current licence keeps the terms it signed up under until that licence ends.
